        Not sure if it's due to COVID or improved scheduling, but it's the first time I haven't waited well past my appointment time. It was smooth and I got all of the answers I needed. The doctor gave me a bunch of sample lenses to try before committing to an entire box, which I appreciate. They also do a contact case/foil/lens recovery system, a nice little eco bonus.

        I was a little nervous with todays visit and the staff was completely helpful and main me feel comfortable. I was even helped with picking out some stylish glasses.

        Original exam went great. Went back for contact lens class; consisted of them asking me to do it like I watched in YouTube videos at home. Left not comfortable with putting them in and out. Felt like I was rushed and they didn’t offer enough support. Probably won’t go back.
