        Terrible.. beware... does not reposed, does not answer his phone, my parents have been sitting with no AC for 3 weeks waiting for him to respond or update us. This business should be shut down.

        If you are planning on hiring these guys, please DON'T!! look for other options, i have been without AC for 4 weeks, this business along with Choice home warranty have provided me nothing but a desire to look elsewhere for this repair. TOP HVAC does not respond the phone, does not give me any updates and on top of that, lies about when they are going to pick up the equipment to schedule my repair. The guy who answers the phone is very rude and not polite. I'm seriously doubting that the diagnosis was done correctly at the first place. Service: AC repair

        This was by far the worst experience ever. They said my furnace was installed incorrectly and I asked for a second opinion and turns out there was just a crack piece. On top of that I paid the worker Freddie and they said they never got my payment and I gave it to the worker. SCAM! Service: HVAC maintenance

        **I'm putting this review NOT to criticize but making people aware on what to check before paying.** First American Home Warranty sent him to check air conditioning unit. He gave out of pocket expenses quote as below for unit and coil. Duct work modification: 375 Electrical modification: 300 Line set: 320 Drain and PVC line: 210 Nothing was done apart from installation of the unit as coil was good but I was charged $730 [after a discount as coil was not changed]. I called the company and they admitted that installation charges are paid by the company and when they reached him, he said he did electrical modification, etc which is not right. *** My definition of modification is replacing or altering the existing one. Disconnecting from old unit and connecting to new one is part of installation.***
