My husband ordered a dozen pink roses through Teleflora for delivery yesterday on my birthday. They were delivered last night and are old, bruised, browning, opened flowers. Horrible. You should feel embarrassed for delivering flowers in this condition. EDIT: changed 1 star to 3. The florist reached out to me and sent a new arrangement. The new one looked nice. Not sure why it wasn't good the first time. But reading the reviews I see I'm not the only one.

So very disappointed. My Sister ordered a beautiful arrangement for Our Brother's Funeral and it arrived nothing like the picture at ALL. Some of the flowers were wilted, some were dead and The Most Important center part of the arrangement of flowers hadn't even bloomed. She sent an email as soon as she saw them. There was a quick response but to only say that it will be investigated. Why should there be any investigation when she sent a picture of what she received at the funeral home. She asked for a refund. All they did was apologize for the inconvenience. That's more than an inconvenience when your mourning the lost of a love one. You just don't apologize and dismiss it like it's nothing and then say you're going to investigate. The flower was not cheap but the apology was.

My friend ordered a beautiful "DELUXE" arrangement from the website From Yo Flowers. $70 later and a rotting arrangement of dollar stor flowers shows up with dead flowers and cloudy water. Their excuse was that is was busy due to it being Valentines Day. From You Flowers graciously offered me a 30% discount which I declined. Steer clear of Guzzardo's in Ferndale and From You Flowers.
