Absolutely terrible. The day I bought this truck I spoke to a sales person, Justin I believe, who told me a price and down payment amount. With in the 20 mins it took to get there from our conversation he was apparently fired. I then dealt with Trevor, who seemed kind enough, but said he couldn’t sell it for what I was quoted. I reluctantly bought it anyways and was given a free oil change. WOOHOO Immediately driving off the lot the check engine light came on, so I called and Trevor said he’d get it fixed. Cool! That made me happy. Fast forward 3 months…. I’ve been trying to get answers about it because it’d gotten worse. I had called repeatedly, trying to get answers and either get hung up on, or never get called back. Through out this time I had the truck looked at to get an idea of what was wrong, thank god. Finally, today, I was told they wouldn’t honor the verbal agreement because 1. I caused a scene at their repair shop and2. It’d been too long. When I called the shop, Fenton Auto, to see what they were talking about, I was told that was not only a lie, but they stopped working with them because they don’t honor their agreements. And when I said it was them who put me off so long, they just basically said too bad. Cheats and liars all around! To end it all, during my last conversation with a male worker there he straight up insulted me. Not only will I never buy through them again unless they actually decide to honor their agreement with me, but I will spend the word about this. It’s absolutely insane
