        Allstate will never have another dollar from me due specifically to this office. Communication does not exist. I highly recommend that you find anywhere to get your insurance that isnt through the Brian Hickman agency. Judging from other reviews my situation is not a one off.

        The office is very welcoming and has a great staff that will help you with anything you need insurance wise. Amanda is very friendly and knowledgeable while writing the best policies around! Highly recommend this office!
