I have been with this agency for 40 yrs. They are very professional, very responsive, and very quick to respond. When I had an accident with my vehicle, the car dealer service manager my car was towed to commented that he had never had an insurance company react so quickly. This place is the epitome of classy and timeless customer service. For me, they seem to be the cheapest. But even if they weren't, I'd pay the little extra to keep them as my provider. They are kind and patient and generally pleasant people to work with. I had a car that became totaled and this really came forward as I was tearing up right at their desk.
