    FPCU FENTON is a great credit Union. Very helpful. Very informative. They have helped me out in situations more than once. The only reason it's 4 instead of 5 is the drive-thru service is just so slow. However I would never think of banking anywhere else. UPDATE: it's really sad to see some of these customer reviews on customer service. This used to be the most awesome bank. Going downhill. Today as well as 2 years ago I sat in the drive-thru for 12 minutes. Two cars out front nobody in the drive-thru. And when she did finally take care of me all I saw were lips nose hair and a belt. I could not see this lady's face at all it was like I was wasting her time... So sad

    Im not sure what happened at the Fenton location but I have had to leave the drive through twice after waiting over 40 minutes, Ive had awful customer service. The new staff are lazy and extremely slow. I will be moving all my accounts to another bank.

    My credit union joined financial plus months ago. I only have Wi-Fi service. I have not been allowed to access my account. I get zero help from live people. The robots keep telling me to log into digital banking. I cant login because I dont have a phone I have Wi-Fi computer, the Internet, I even have digital phone service. But the robots at financial plus dont except phone calls from Wi-Fi telephones. I have zero access to my money zero access to customer service help zero help. This is the worst banking experience Ive ever had in my entire life I was with my credit union over 30 years once they merged with financial plus theyve basically abandoned me Im furious beyond measure the worst customer service
