Thank you so much to Mary and Francisco for coming to our house for a move-in clean! They did an excellent job and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sparkling and clean that we asked them to do.

Mary and her crew have come three times now on a bi-weekly basis. They are on time, very professional, and have done an excellent job. We hope this will be a long-term relationship!

Mary's Cleaning Service cleaned my home for a little under 6 months. During that time, the quality of their work slowly declined. They are paid to complete the job rather than per hour, so they began rushing the job cutting their cleaning time from 3 hours to 1.5 hours. The last time they came to my home, I noticed they missed a number of things - it was as if they had only done half the job. The trash wasn't taken out, the sink wasn't cleaned, they didn't vacuum the rug, and the bathroom was clearly rushed as all the corners of the floor had dust and the toilet was not cleaned. I sent Mary a professional text asking if there was a way we could remedy the situation. She replied with a very confrontational message that they are going to occasionally miss things, and that I'm welcome to find someone else if that doesn't work for me. I didn't know what to say in reply so I didn't reply, and she NEVER CAME BACK TO MY HOME! They also never showed up when they said they were going to. If she said she would be here around 1:30, she would show up at 12:00 or 12:30 which made it really hard to plan for. After she sent that text message, she completely skipped our next appointment, and now it's been a few months and I haven't seen her since. I'm completely shocked by this lack of customer service and the poor quality of their work in the end.
