I love Dr sheik and some of his staff however his wife works in his office her name is Janet and she is extremely rude, shes one of those ladies who is nice nasty, and will place in your face if you allow her. She gets away with what you allow, nasty nasty lady needs to be removed from his staff but Im sure it will never happen.

My name isn't "honey" (funny how my husband was Mr. Surname). I have no idea how I'm supposed to know why my former doctor (who retired) prescribed a particular medication. I can tell you what my HISOTRY is (not that you don't have it there on your computer), but I can't tell you why she prescribed X over Y or Z. I can tell you all about the exam that led to the prescription -- FOUR TIMES (just to be clear, we're talking not talking about pain killers or anything like that) and the follow up, but how am I supposed to know what she was _thinking_? (Again, not talking narcotics here). Also, the number and kinds of pets I own are absolutely NONE of your business (because I have no allergies, nor was I coming in with any overall complaints; I needed my normal yearly physical and to have my prescription refilled). I've never had a doctor ask that question before, let alone get so snippy about it. I won't be back.

Dr. Kamran Sheikh is amazing - he has been my parents physician for over 25 years, and I changed to his care myself a year ago. Dr. Sheikh is incredibly smart, knowledgeable, but with a bedside manner that is beyond compare, you really feel like you are being treated as family.
