Working with Chris was a wonderful experience. Chris is very knowledgeable, informative, and personable. As a first time home buyer, Chris made the inspection process very easy. He answered the many questions I had, and explained specific details in a way I could understand. In addition to being professional and responsive, hes very personable and I enjoyed his company throughout the inspection. I received my full inspection report same day; note: inspection took place in December. Hes prompt, and the time of year certainly allowed for extra-promptness. I would recommend him to my closest friends and family and intend to use his services for future home purchases.

Chris was awesome!! He didn't have a problem explaining everything thoroughly, very knowledgeable, definitely didn't mind getting dirty and very affordable. Overall a great experience with his inspection for my mom's new house.

Chris was great. He was flexible with scheduling the inspection. He was friendly and professional. The inspection was quite thorough and he took the time to explain different things along the way. It made me even more confident that I was purchasing the right house. The inspection was delivered much faster than I had anticipated.
