HandyPro Farmington Hills was recommended by a friend when I needed a plumber. The website was easy to navigate to find the job category you need, and schedule an appointment. The technician communicated several times leading up to the appointment as well as the day of to let me know he was enroute. He was on time, professional, and pleasant. He completed the job in a timely manner, and to my expectation. Mauricio Espain was my technician. I will most definitely use HandyPro Farmington Hills and specifically ask for Mauricio for all future jobs.

I will never call this place again!! I called them for a floor repair. The guy walked on the floor for a few seconds and said there was nothing he could do. He wouldn't even look at the subfloor from the basement. So he pretty much wasted my time and costs me money in addition to the fee they charge to come out! This was not my first bad experience with them. I called them a few years ago and the guy was two hours late and had the nerve to keep banging on my door until I finally answered! Never again!
