image if you have any other apartment option, please choose that. Management is really bad here. My 3 service requests attended after 3 months and still two are pending(1. too much noise from above apartment during night time and 2. door bell cross connection).
Now they cut water supply without any prior notice for water meter maintenance. Whole day there is no water and they notify me once I inquired. Management only care about money nothing else.
I am living in this community for more than 20 months and from last 4-5 months facing lots of issue especially with maintenance.

Regarding your intercom issue, it was closed inadvertently after all intercoms were fixed back in December. We sent a message to all residents regarding this fix, but we understand that yours may still not be working, and we apologize for the oversight. As for the water supply interruption, it was necessitated by an update to the meter, and while these updates are typically quick, a broken valve caused an unexpected delay. We promptly contacted an emergency plumber and have been sending out updates to keep residents informed. We understand your frustration and want to assure you that we are actively working to resolve these issues. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your patience as we address these concerns. image I just moved here in August 2023, in one of their "other communities" Cedaridge. I am so appalled at how they completely let their other properties go but are repairing and upgrading their main property, Timberidge, on a daily basis. EVERY ENTRY DOOR IN CEDARIDGE BUILDINGS HAVE BROKEN LOCKS, which tells me that Timberidge does not care about the safety or wellbeing of their residents at all since this issue has been reported to them many times. The paint is chipping everywhere on the outside of buildings, there is a broken window in my building 21359 and makes the complex look like its abandoned or dangerous.....meanwhile for the past two months, I got an email/text from Timberidge literally every other day about the brand new upgrades/updates they are doing to their main property. I don't care if you have property alerts going to every community, figure out a way to only send building notices to the property it applies to. Your residents hate you more every time we hear about the "rock/bolder movement" or "new stairwell windows" or "upgraded landscaping" you're doing to Timberidge while we are unsafe and disgusted in Cedaridge & Stoneridge. Already looking for new places to move to once my lease is up so I don't have to give any more money to other residents luxury. I feel bad for the girls working in the office here because they are all very sweet and willing to assist in any way they can. Y'all are great!
The only reason these apartments are even remotely redeemable is the people living in them, every resident is wonderful here. Very kind respectful and helpful/caring to other people living here.

image They will not inform you if a crazed criminal tries to murder someone in the apartments. I had to find out weeks later on the news that someone was nearly killed here, because it wasnt during office hours. This apartment complex is NOT SAFE. We will not be renewing here. Our front door does not lock on my building. It makes perfect sense how someone could just walk into the building without issue. Very scary.

Our first priority is our residents, and in saying that, we did want to work with law enforcement to uncover facts and decide the proper next steps. While we do want to be transparent with our residents, we also want to respect the ongoing investigation as well as respect resident's privacy, which in this matter is a fine line. The police did inform us this was an isolated incident, and the community wasn't under any threat. We will be conducting audits of all common entry doors to ensure they are working.
