        Unfortunately my experience with this insurance agency has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. They certainly do not follow through with their claim, to serve the educational community. The level of unprofessionalism to profiteer from their customers is concerning. I have had the misfortune of working with the MEMMIC - Tom Wison, office in Farmington Hills and their conduct was shocking. My experience with them has included harassment, intimidation, and providing incorrect information. They lack the ability to show respect and patience when working with their customers and I can not express my level of disappointment with them. Shame on the Farmington Hills, Tom Wilson, MEEMIC agency that after 9 years of paying my bills in full, bringing customers to you, and trusting you to have my best interest, I am disheartened by your behavior and lack of ethical standards. Please be wary if you are or plan to use this agency for your insurance needs.
