I had an interview scheduled with Tiffany and she canceled it not even an hour before hand, in the comments it says Im not eligible for rehire. I never started working here. I was offered a position a few months ago and I made it clear I had COVID and so did a few others in my family. I was hospitalized and am just now feeling back to myself and they were aware I had COVID at the time of the job offer. Should be illegal and Im contacting a lawyer.

Our 9 year was going though centria and at 1st it was good. Then Technicians started changing every few months. Till last year when we were told by the bcba they were going to discontinue his sessions. Because his behaviors haven't gone down. Now this is something they are supposed to work on his getting his behaviors to go down. I have talked to other people who work in this field of aba . And they said no way should they have done that. They should've went back to the drawing board and see where they went wrong. Well he had to start with another company and he has made more progress with them then he ever did with centric

I was not going to write a review because I did not want to admit, I should have heeded the bad reviews. The Company has an "excellent" Onboarding Program, and the staff I encountered were pleasant and at tentative, if they knew what to do/or asked someone. One staff person did not know how to ask Management for assistance for a "New Hire."
As a "New Hire," I completed the 17 VCE Modules and anticipated the next Step, Capstone Training which was scheduled daily for one day; 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
However, I was expected to be my own "New Hire" Management Officer, contacting IT and the Payroll Department for all technical or payroll issues I was encountering as an Onboard New Hire.
I experienced technical/payroll data input issues, and a couple of days later, I was able to complete the required payroll Forms.
It took 3 days before all the Payroll Forms were processed as "completed," and I saw duplicates of my personal information in the payroll database because the system "repeatedly" stated my payroll forms were not complete, and I re-entered them.
I am currently monitoring all personal information I submitted to Centria's Payroll and HR departments on the Dark Web. I have data breach concerns.
A "New Employee Relations and Policies" Officer or "New Employee" Manager should have been available to communicate any issues that occurred with "New Hires," instead of someone who did not know the functions, phone number or email of the payroll department, and really did not seem to give a hoot.
In addition, I received the 17 VCE Modules on July 28, 2021 at 10:22 am, and based on the Onboard Panel, the due date for completion was June 28, 2021 which I mentioned to the Assistant Recruiter. And, every morning, around 5:06 a.m., until I finished the 17 VCE Modules, an email stating, "June 28, 2021 Past Due, VCE Modules Not Complete" appeared. I finished the 17 Modules on August 2nd at 3:00 pm and a forwarded my completed Transcript.
It was now 3 days, and the Assistant Recruiter was not able to confirm a date and time for the Capstone Training, and I spent 25 hours completing the 17 VCE Modules.
I contacted the number at Centria's Farmington Office because of my suspicions, after the events occurred, which I did not go into full detail in this post because I would go over the text maximum.
I was transferred to (K.H.), the Onboarding Coordinator, and I asked about this Company being a scam, and she stated no, and informed me of the challenges and other hoot Centria was trying to correct, and to bear with them. I mentioned that a Field Manager from the Dearborn location was looking for cases for me, and I inquired about not completing the Capstone Training and Exam. She stated she would talk to management about it.
I also asked her, if Centria was practicing the "Bait and Switch" hiring tactic, and she hung up on me. I had my suspicions, and after she hung up, I sent her a very brief "Exit" Message.
After I found out, no field cases in Highland Park existed, and the field manager, (S.A.) would be giving me cases in Dearborn, (He had a case on Gulley Road, a Center), I assumed Centria Autism was only looking for Behavior Technicians for other areas, not for Highland Park, as the job posting stated. He stated he was trying to match me, according to my preference (including Detroit). However, I did not believe him.
The most disappointing of all, was my original Recruiter, (E.H.) who went ghost on me during and after my Kickstart Orientation, until he found out I "Exited" the Company.
I have copies of my Certificates and my transcript for the 17 VCE Modules. I attended the Verbal Behavior Institute for a RBT Certificate, so I know what I need to do next, besides update my RBT Certificate to 2nd Edition.
If you have your RBT Certificate, take the time for your RBT Assessment and the Exam, and if you are a Behavior Technician, enroll in the 40-hour RBT Course, take Assessment and Exam and become a Registered Behavior Technician. And, read the reviews, and heed them.
I will.
