I went into a Store 82381 Farmington Hills, MI to get a price adjustment and purchase a ton of items. I was treated so poorly by manager Sara. She asked me to leave because she wouldnt honor the policy on the website and threatened to call police and her loss prevention manager! Two associates also followed me out and yelled obscenities as I left. I went back in to get their names but they ran in the stockroom. I will NEVER shop this location again. SMH

Favorite bath and body works! I feel welcome, comfortable, and happy every time I walk in! Hands down kindest employees. I try to go here every time I need something from bath and body works for the people there alone.

I have been coming to this location for a while and within the last few years it has totally changed customer service is not what it used to be. Generally, when I answer the location to make a purchase, I am used to several staff reading me offering to assist me and so forth. I went in yesterday to grab something for someone as well as myself and I believe it was the manager spoke but then really seem helpful. No one in the store even asked me if I needed assistance mind you there were several people standing around as far as staff who didn't even offer to assist me. I literally had to go up to the staff to ask for assistance. I wind up grabbing some items that were on sale they should have been put a while ago I noticed as I was leaving out they started to box up the items didn't understand because if that was the case they should have been removed a while ago because the sale ended January 19th. I just noticed today that I had a coupon for 20% off of purchase. When I was there yesterday the supervisor who checked to see if I had a free coupon never even mentioned this. The cashier who is new was the only one generally nice and kind to me. Sh will be my only reason to return. I will only return to pick up free items and that's it. I will never spend another dime at this location. It should be noted as well that I have spent several hundred dollars at this location throughout several years. Also, around Christmas time I reported them to corporate as well because there were different staff with the same horrible attitudes and pointless in regards to assisting you.
