Quoted "$309 out the door" got there to pay and suddenly the total is "$369, they forgot to include the tow price in the quote" seems like a pretty poor business ethic when they can't even honor their own quote. Oh and they had already towed the car when I called and asked for a quote, so it's not like it was a surprise. My husband also offered to pay for the tow up front and they said "no we will add it to the bill" so why wasn't it added to the quote?? Next time I will absolutely go into town rather than supporting a local. Service: Engine repair

I was treated very rudely today by both the receptionist and the mechanic at this facility. The mechanic is friendly sometimes, but can be very sarcastic and condescending. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Businesses need to remember that we are the customer, and are paying a good amount of money for their services. Service: Tires
