Rich and Dave worked beyond the call of duty to fix my RV. Everyone here is very helpful and considerate. It took three days and Rich the owner was not afraid to get his hands dirty. They overcame the challenges.

While on my way to work at a hospital 2 hours away from my home at 5:15am this morning my tire went flat. My insurance company has roadside assistance and they contract this business for after hour emergency services. I was told they would respond to me and fix my tire and that it would take 60-90 minutes before they could arrive. At the 90 minute mark with no communication roadside assistance informed me they decided they couldnt make it. Here I sit in the same location at 7:20. Two hours later. Waiting on another more reliable company. I will never recommend or use this business. If they dont want to do 24 hour roadside by assistance then dont sign up for it. People are counting on you to help. I am a very understanding person but the roadside assistance company or myself should have been informed well before making me sit for 90 minutes. Needless to say to say I am VERY dissatisfied and disappointed.
