Item was delivered quickly. My American Standard tank was larger than most. This product extended perfectly to fit. Our condo bathroom doesn't have a sink, so hand washing was dinner in the kitchen...not anymore! Instructions were a bit vague, but the process was so easy to understand. Very pleased with my purchase.

They let my order sit for weeks and when i finally reached out they said my order slipped through the cracks and canceled it. Horrible company/experience

Great customer service. One item was experiencing a lengthy back ordered delay. Two other companies just said there was nothing that they could do. Eco-Building Products rep offered a great alternative solution that is set to save a month. Definitely hoping the products are as good as the service.

The knee wall hatch arrive with some damage, so it was returned as suggested by Bob. The replacement arrived with some minor damage also, but since the project had already been delayed a week, I accepted it and made repairs. I really liked the ease of installation. The hatch was very simple to install. This is a very good option when cutting in a new access. I will use this product again and will try the attic access hatch when called for.
