I signed a contract for a 300k job that was quoted to take 3-4 weeks. Nathan is very convincing in the sales process, but cannot deliver. It has been over 4.5 months, not one portion of the job is fully complete. He shows up for about 6 hours 3 times a week (if I'm lucky). He does not have a crew (they keep quitting on him). He won't answer the phone or respond to text messages. I have had to cancel events at the house like graduation and birthday parties because of his delays.
He has partially finished a retaining wall (it is missing the coping which he did not order enough of), planted material but not a sprinkler system (so everything is dying), he leaves things to die that were mine that he dug up that were supposed to be moved. The pavers and stone he put in is already falling apart. He took down a fence that he claims he cannot replace (I have a pool so this is a huge concern). He is very disorganized. He starts different parts of the project but never finished any of them. Everything is a total mess.
The pictures are a partially finished project after 4.5 months and he won't return calls or show up.

The owner is very rude and doesn't pay his employees on time....and for the owner...Nathan Brown, I don't have the wrong place.
