Eastpointe Dentist: Mark Solway DDS

I was having a very hard time finding a dental office that accepted my insurance for oral surgery and could get me in right away. Not only did I find this office but they got me in THE NEXT DAY! My insurance did deny the oral surgery but the office worked hard to get it approved and called me right away to let me know it was approved and got me very soon for my oral surgery. The office staff was AMAZING. The oral surgeon was GREAT. It just goes to show if you have patience and respect others you can get that same respect and patience back

Dr. Solway and staff was very sensitive, caring and understanding concerning my needs. Dr. Solway did not hesitate referring me out to a specialist for future care.

Dr. Solway is pretty much the greatest dentist in Michigan, maybe even the Country, and as far as I am concerned "The World". I was promptly appointed a day and I went as if in the face of war! Terrified, and screaming internally. The staff, and Doc's, even innocent bystanders all took part in my sanity as I was brought back to reality with the solid, honest, comforting consolation they gave prior to surgery. I will admit I was scared, sweating, about to rip the arms off of the chairs and well ... Better not go there because I didn't have to either... Because they care here, at Dr Solway's office. They calmed my nerves and stayed in contact with me verbally until the procedure was complete, done extremely fast, and efficiently Dr Solway gets you ready to smile to all those around you!
