Homeowners beware!! Do not use this contractor. My experience with them has been one of shock and awe at the sheer lack of professionalism. They were complaining from the time they arrived about how difficult and inconvenient the job was going to be. They were disrespectful to my wife - you know, the customer who was paying them to be there. All she did was ask them if they could leave by a certain time. It seems like the convenient overreaction to a simple request gave them an "out". The contractors packed up and left in the middle of their work while my wife was in tears. They left part of the drywall exposed and spilled compound on my wall which took off a layer of paint when I wiped it away. I still wonder why this guy couldn't just be up front and tell us that he bit off more than he could chew. Pride has no place in customer service.
