Kokko & Hill

We were happy with our room. We were not happy about our reservation for 2 rooms next to each other. We were promised so but one on the first floor and the other room on the 3rd floor. No better accommodations were offered. This is very disturbing.

I had to go here referred by social security, the office was locked, the door had to be unlocked to be let in, while the door had to be locked behind my entry as well, my partner was not aloud to go back with me for my evaluation (that I was already extremely anxious and uncomfortable for) while waiting in the waiting room I was made more uncomfortable as I seen bugs crawling around on the floor, it was very out of date and abandoned feeling.
