We requested and open concept living area in our 1950s home with our 3 kids and dog present- Each person that entered our home made us feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend Teachout Builders! They completed a basement remodel with a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms for us and we couldn't be happier with the work! They are professional, pay attention to details, were very reliable and our basement looks better than we could have hoped for. Taylor is so easy to work with and the entire team was great to work with as well. We plan to use them again for future projects on our house as well.

We first engaged Teachout Builders (TBI) in 2018. They added a beautiful first floor bathroom, deck, garage and concrete driveway. They were outstanding to work with. Since that time we engaged them to enclose our deck to create a beautiful 3 season room with period correct detail. We needed a new roof and we turned to the for that job as well. Finally, they have just completed rebuilding the columns on the from of our 1919 Craftsman home...in perfect period detail. In all they have done for our home they have been honest and fair and have kept us apprised of the timetable for the construction process. It is without reservation that we recommend their services!! Teachout Builders did two jobs for us. The first in the Fall of 2019 was a remodel of our kitchen. This included granite countertops, new sink, new gas range, recessing the refrigerator, installing a wall mounted microwave, installing new ceiling lighting, and painting. All went well and as per plan. Our second project with Teachout Builders was primarily to put hardwood flooring through the main floor of our house. We also converted our wood burning fireplace to gas and installed a custom built mantle and brick around the new fireplace. We also installed a new banister going to the basement. The attention to detail was wonderful. Everything was spot on! Again, on time and power plan. I highly recommend Teachout Builders for this kind of work. Taylor and his staff are professional and super nice. Their attention to detail is if that they were doing work in their very own house. They are the best.
