Very poor service. Thats about the only consistent thing I can say about this place.
Update: Still very poor service. They dont make enough baked goods so theyre out of everything and I mean everything at 1 oclock in the afternoon and they can never get your coffee order correct to me its very simple idea take cream and sugar or one or the other by itself easily its cant seem to ever get it right

I love their coffee! But the service, not so much. I pulled up to the drive through window and ordered. The girl working the mic was being very quiet so I had to keep asking over and over again for her to repeat herself. To make a long story short she thought I was either hearing impaired or mentally challenged because I couldnt understand, hear, or comprehend what she was saying with her low monotone voice. In my opinion I dont think you should treat ANYONE with a disability differently. She also spoke to me that way the whole way through the drive through. From the order station to when I got my coffee.

Staff are unkind, mess up the occasional order too. For some reason they do not always toast their English muffins or wrap their donuts in a plastic wrap when putting in a paper bag.

I don't usually rate Tim Hortons around the 3 star, I usually go higher but this Time Hortons never have chilli, blueberry muffins and many other items on their list. The staff is decent and the location is good but if they can get their food orders better, than they would be better
