We booked 2 weeks in advance to have some gravel delivered to our property Saturday. We drove 250 miles towing a skid steer to do the work we needed to before and after the delivery. We were told we receive a call when they were on their way. It was 2:00 and we hadn't heard anything so we gave them a call. We were told that the guy who was going to deliver, his last day was the day before, but he was going to do it, but now hes not. Another guy was going to, but he was exposed to covid, so hes not. The last guy who could has family in town so he probably isn't going to do it. We had actually called them in the morning to tell them about some flooding and nothing was ever mentioned. That would have been a perfect opportunity for her to mention these issues and it would have allowed us time to possible get what we needed elsewhere. We were not given that courtesy. So after booking 2 weeks in advance and traveling 250 miles with equipment, they were going to just leave us hanging. No call, no gravel. The best they could do was maybe deliver Monday and were wondering if we could extend our stay. We did not and we will no longer be using their services.
