From the front door--registration with Lindley to the xray tech, the Med assistants (Deb and Dana) all the way to Amanda the Provider--ALL were AMAZING!! my daughter was bucked off her horse and sustained wrist fractures and a chin laceration. Their care and compassion were exceptional. Thank you Memorial Healthcare for having such a wonderful urgent care in our community.

Staff is extremely polite and very assertive too issues ... my complaint is even though my blue cross blue shield insurance is better than a state officials insurance any work done in house (like blood work for viruses or whatever cannot be done in-house and sent too a lab is labeled as out house in which creates a trap producing a bill with very little reflection of coverage.. use extreme caution on any inhouse work performed that may get mailed out or you will get a 500$ instead of a 30$co pay .

We have been here about 3 maybe 4 times. For the most part it was great experiences! Especially the first time! The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and so was the doctor. My only issue is when we have had to call. The receptionist is almost like a totally different person. Very short and sarcastic. Totally off-putting. We have called a few times and its never great. One time we called because despite being seen my daughters cold seemed to linger and be a bit more troublesome. So I called and asked if there was anyway we could extend her school excuse. This did not set right with the receptionist. She argued in a very belittling manner it was obvious she morally didn't agree we were asking for more excused time. She told me they have never wrote a excuse for more than 2 or 3 days max and I was being ridiculous calling a week later asking for such a thing. My wife recently tried to call and ask if they could write up something saying she could return to work for the same sort of issue. She went in for a cold and it stuck with us for almost 2 weeks. The receptionist did not take well to her calling a week later asking for something. So in summary don't expect more than a "Treat and Street" service. They will give you a few days excuse and some medicine and test you for covid and send you on your way. Don't expect anything else.. My wife still doesn't know what she had... other than it wasn't the flu or covid.
