        On June 8, 2020 I Called set up services with Local Waste in Dryden for a July 6th start date. I was told the pricing, the pick up day and that I would get my first bill in 3 months. On July 21st (my 3rd time getting my trashed picked up from them) they left a paint can on the side of the road, smashed with paint all over my trash can. They left all the trash in my cans (I’m assuming they do not take paint) which I was not informed of. I called and spoke with the owner, all of a sudden, my name is not in their computer and “I’m not one of their customers”. THEY HAVE BEEN PICKING UP MY TRASH FOR 3 WEEKS! The owner said they weren’t taking any more customers since June, but never called to inform me. So unprofessional.

        Once Odd Jobs shut down, I was scrambling to find a garbage/recycle company that accepted new customers and were NOT price gouging - and Local Waste was there. The customer service & garbage men have been very friendly. They have never missed a pickup. Prices are affordable and recycling is free. I’m very happy with them
