I called 5 tree service companies in the Wayland area. I needed a very large Walnut removed covering 3 properties. I only got 3 responses, and one was Joe from Shaffer TS. Thank God! The other guys were skeptical and overestimated. JOE DID NOT. I was a little worried about the abilities of Shaffer Tree Service and thought maybe they bit off more than they could handle. I was very wrong. Shaffer TS has the tools, crew, and experience to handle any job. They came earlier than hoped for, heavily outfitted, and worked in unison. I spent hours searching and meeting salesman, but now I know right where to go. Shaffer Tree Service looks like a very high dollar outfit with lots of equipment and manpower but charges mid range pricing. Best value, hands down. I am a business owner / contractor and appreciate how Joe does business, treats customers, and gets stuff done. I am a happy customer and will be calling Joe for a big Elm tree that's over my house and garage. I have no doubts that Shaffer TS will get it done right! - Tim G. Outstanding work performed on some large trees in our yard. Left absolutely no mess and no lawn damage. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I had a huge tree from heaven cut down and it was between a shed and fence tight spot for sure. Shaffer tree service was such a cool experience joe is amazing. When they leave you cant even tell they were there.

I can not say enough good things about the quality of work from Shaffer Tree Service. They did exactly as stated on the quote. They were efficient, on time, and cleaned up every last bit of the trees they cut down. My yard, gardens and surrounding trees were carefully worked around.
