Norma was on time for appointment, gave estimates etc. It took awhile for carpet to come in before clean,but once it was complete...the crew of 4 chicas came for my deep cleaning. I contacted Norma to give me an estimate on deep cleaning my home. As a single mother of two toddlers, my home had suffered from my lack of free time to keep everything clean. I was so hesitant to hire a cleaning service, but I knew I just couldn’t keep up. She arrived to my house to give me an estimate for the deep clean. She walked through each room, and let me tell her my expectations for every room of the house. She gave me what I feel was a very fair, market competitive price, and put me on the schedule for the following week. The 5 ladies on her team arrived on time. They were all very kind. I offered them all beverages (water, cokes, Gatorade, etc.) and offered the remote to the TV if they wanted to play some music in the background while they cleaned. Me and my children stayed in my room so We could stay out of their way. Let me tell you, they worked MAGIC in my home. They cleaned everything from baseboards to the microwave, blinds, windows inside and out, dusted fans and lights, showers, tubs, moved and swept under furniture, vacuumed all rugs, stairs, and everything in between. They even left these adorable rose shapes in our toilet tissue. ❤️ I was so hesitant to hire a cleaning service, but I am so glad I did! My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner! Now I am looking forward to having them come back every week! I would highly recommend Norma’s House Cleaning to anyone in the area! Service: Deep clean
