I would give him six stars if google allowed it! Don is awesome! He is extremely thorough and meticulous in his cleaning as well as honest. We had a few small places that lost a bit of color because the previous owners tried a spot remover on a previous stain. He recently came over (squeezing us in on his busy schedule, which was very thoughtful) and cleaned an area rug and our large three story stairwell. After he finished he pointed out one very small area (size of a pencil eraser) of slight lightening of the carpet and said it was likely because of a previous spot cleaning treatment reacting with the rinse water. He said when it dries it will be a lot less noticeable. He also pointed out a large stain that came up after he cleaned - he took extra time to rinse and extract the area and the stain came out completely. He said it was likely an old spill that someone had blotted up and the residue was at the bottom of the carpet - likely a soda of some sort. Overall, I was really impressed with Don’s knowledge and experience. He works with a chemist to formulate safe and effective cleaners and spot treatments and is very competitive. He also makes sure he doesn’t “hurry” because that can lead to water getting into the carpet pad - he cleans up thoroughly as well, genuinely cares about his work and does a nice job educating the customer on how the carpet will dry, when to vacuum and any other questions you may have. He will be our “go to” now for all our carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. Don’t hesitate to call Don. I like to work with sole proprietors as they tend to be more meticulous and careful about their work and once again, Don didn’t disappoint!

Don & his staff came to clean out my air ducts and power spray my house. They did a great job, educated me on a few things and it was a good value for the high quality services. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely amazed at the quality of their work!! We initially hired Don for a carpet cleaning and were very impressed with the result. We had him back out a week later to clean our vents and we were left wowed once again! They went above and beyond both times and we couldn’t be more pleased!
