After totalling my Mazda in a horrible snow storm I had alot of paperwork to fax and phone calls to make. Kaylin was the BEST! She made the process so much easier for me by being so pleasant and friendly. Her professionalism is outstanding. She returned my phone calls in a timely fashion and she was extremely knowledgeable in assisting me throughout this frustrating situation. I couldn't have asked for a better person to be on the other end of the phone!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Dealers Choice Management Group AKA: WWK Warranty & Administration, LLC under the same umbrella has bought my number from a dealership (Zeigler Buick Cadillac GMC of Lincolnwood) and calls me from several different rotating numbers even though i prompted to not call back it continues. It doesn't help to block the number because they own 100's . When I answer they say they are from this company. As it looks they have two registered companies with same name two different address and will not answer the number listed. As much I tell them over the phone and via a prompt not to call me they still do. I recommend you don't give them a direct number when at the dealership. This company has no morals or respect for peoples time. To make it worse they have both my fathers number and my number when I went there to help him purchase the car. Since the purchase of the car and not going with their extended warrantee we suddenly started to receive these calls. Worse off they call us more than twice a day when both of us are on a do not call list.
