So I met Robert at the Novi boat show this guy was the nicest person in the world talk to him for a few and then when I made my decision not to buy a boat from him and told him I would call him later he would not even shake my hand. This one star bad review is to show him that he should be nice to everybody whether they wanna do business with him or not. Sad to say I probably wouldve called him back after the boat show to look at more boats to discuss because Im still interested in buying a new boat.( but not from them ) PS, his boss was even more rude.

The staff was a pleasure to work with! All of my questions were answered immediately and the communication throughout my boat purchase was quick and accurate. Would definitely recommend doing business with them!

Just picked up my boat from the service shop today. I dropped it off the Thursday before Labor Day weekend to get the water pump replaced. Today is February 1 (5 months). Looks like they had the boat out in the weather the entire time, carpet was still wet and molded very badly. There is something black around the fuel fill that will not wipe off. The seats are cracking from being weathered and out during winter. The drain plug was not in it's storage spot and I finally found it in the back seat. This place does not take care of your boat when they work on it (apart from waiting 5 months to replace a common replacement part). I was not offered an opportunity for inside storage, nor was there any communication that the part would be on backorder for 4 months. In fact the only communication I received other than the initial estimate and "It's ready, come get it" was from me. Poor communication, had I known you would store it outside all fall and winter that long I would have brought it home.

Boat was exactly what I was looking for. Marcel was fantastic as a sales rep. He was responsive and informative even with me being out of state. They seem to have a ton of inventory in store as well. Would recommend.
