Called to get repairs on mr broken restaurant door frame on a Friday after 2pm and I was put in contact with the company president/ owner Eric. He informed me that it was late and he had no technician to send out but he would come by personally to see if he could help me out.
He tried his best but wasn't able to fix my issue and said he'd do his best to get me on his schedule Monday morning.
First thing Monday morning, I awake to a pleasant surprise call saying "this is Sandhill Glass your repair is all done. We just need someone to come and lock the doors ".
You just don't get personal service like that anymore. Eric and his team are the best. I would highly recommend Sandhill Glass to anyone
