Locked my cards still let payments go through and alot more etc. So no I'd watch It If you bank with TCF

They have been closed since the pandemic began which is understandable, but their hours continue to say theyre open, even though they aren't. I haven't been able to transfer funds from my account since the pandemic began as well, and there is absolutely no phone number that I have tried thats able to help me transfer anything. Their website will not let me transfer, their ATMs won't either. This has been an issue for nearly four montha and has resulted in me asking for help from friends and stuff intil i get my next paycheck bc i cant get into my savings. Also, any check I put into the ATMs ONLY take it to my checking, even though I select to send it to my savings. This is a huge nightmare and I'm stuck hoping that I have enough money in my checking until they happen to open back up and fix this transferring issue. I'm tired of mooching off other people, because I HAVE money, its literally all in my savings and i just CANT get to it.
