        No response from office management or maintenance requests. Foul smell in kitchen plumbing for months and no response! So disappointed in this lovely property! I am happy to report that the issue was addressed. It was not resolved however because apparently I am the only one who can smell it. I recently had a package stolen for the second time so will have to change my delivery preferences.

        Eric from maintenance is amazing!! He came very quick and repaired a number of things in our apartment. Hes very knowledgeable and gets the jobs done quickly and efficiently!!!
