        I had such a great experience i will post two reviews one on this site and one for the local Grosse Pointe Banks location~ I purchased my vacuum from Banks a couple years ago and cannot be happier with the personal care i received! Recently i went into the GP store to get a repair and bags, Todd treated me great, made me felt appreciated for using the store and left me with such a wonderful feeling, that this will be my vacuum store for life.

        Great Service! Brought my Dyson in and they diagnosed and fixed it right at the counter!! Thank you to Rose and the vacuum cleaner guy at the counter (forgot his name). He knows his stuff!! Excellent job!!
