I visited this lot on a Saturday well before they were meant to close. I spoke with Wayne about a vehicle on the phone and came and saw him later that afternoon. However when I arrived the only interaction I had with Wayne was a short hello, and then I was passed on to an individual who had the keys to the car we wanted to see. We went outside to look at the car and of course some questions arose that I had asked the individual helping us. He had stated after every question we asked that he did not know because he was only there one day a week. There were numerous times he had to go back inside the small building they had to ask Wayne who was supposed to be helping us. After a few more questions and the same routine of running in and asking we got fed up with it and left. In conclusion, if you are working at a dealership big or small and can't be bothered to get off your ass and help a customer, it's probably not the line of work you should be in. There are going to be cold days and hot days that people come to look at cars and you need to help them, answer questions, offer a test ride, and just show that you care about their purchase even in the slightest! I would recommend trying to find another lot to purchase from if you want any type of help or commitment to the sale!

I visited this dealership a month ago and purchased a Cadillac. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. The salesman rode with me on the test drive and answered all of my questions. Its always an adventure looking for a used car but I would recommend Eagle Motors to anyone looking to get a quality used car.
