Hi Mr. James Henson. I am co-owner of Allstar Collision Inc. and I am very displeased to hear that I left a customer unsatisfied. All my customers deal direct with me and I do not recall doing business with you a month ago. I am willing to provide a refund for your company since you claim I provided poor work. All I will need is for you to provide an Invoice from my company and I will be more than willing to fully refund your company since I never want to leave a customer unsatisfied.
