Charged my account 30 dollars more than we had agreed on

I had a flat tire on a Sunday after 6pm, I called AAAand they sent a tow driver that couldn't get the lugs off, so I found ,this company and Sonny on the web I sent him a pic of my lugs and he called me back in minutes and he advised me that his tow trucks was out and that he would come personally and change my tire. Sonny was at my home in 20 mins. Change my tire and was very very professional and work hard at finishing the task, they have a customer for life......Thank You Sonny

I called around to 14 different tow company's and no one showed up after waiting 2 and half hours for service. Then I seen an ad for Certified Auto Care Towing and was finally SAVED! Not only did the tow technician show in a timely manner yet also show outstanding professionalism. He was apologetic for the horrible customer service I received from the other towing companies & also made a very difficult tow easy with a reasonable pricing.
