BUYER BEWARE I have should’ve trusted the reviews instead of thinking they were high-maintenance customers on here. ****The damage to items wasn’t even my biggest concern after it took them *8 hours to move me less than *1 mile away into an *apartment - with *4 men! It shouldn’t come as a surprise that they bill hourly.**** I hired Lou and his movers a month ago to move me from a townhouse into an apartment. The first part of the move was smooth (aside from the fact they asked me to move items they said they didn’t want to - lamps, mirrors, etc). The second part of the move was a nightmare. They got into confrontations with the building management several times, stood around most of the move, carried one box at a time on the elevator, and didn’t come prepared so they had to use the building freight trolly (which are not for moving or tenant use). I was empathetic after the sob story they gave me, but was utterly disappointed when the building management showed me saved VIDEO FOOTAGE of them standing around, bringing up one small box on the elevator at a time, etc. When I emailed Lou he asked that I call during business hours. I called and Lou yelled over me and laughed when I was able to get a few words in edge wise. I would HIGHLY recommend hiring anyone else; even if you’re in a time constraint like I was.

Hired John and his crew for my elderly aunt who had to move into assisted living. Gave us a set price for packing/moving and were completed under 3 hours and moved her in without issues. My cousin told me if they should need a moving company in the future, John and his crew will be called. Thanks John for all your help.

Lou, Marshall, and TJ did an excellent job getting everything moved from my second story apartment to my new house. I remember how long it took to get the upright piano and sofa up to the second story, and they had those items in the truck in no time at all. Positive, jovial, and hard-working group of guys. They took the time to wrap and protect each piece of furniture so everything arrived at the new house safely. Would recommend to anyone needing a moving company, and especially to people who have some larger or abnormal items that require extra care to move.

Great experience using these folks as our movers. We were given a free estimate after we emailed them photos of the rooms in our house (and the estimate ended up being the final cost - no hidden charges or surprises). They arrived exactly when they said they would, and called about 20 minutes before arriving to alert us. The whole team was very professional and they were careful when handling everything - they wrapped the furniture, protected the carpet & floors before walking on them, and were gentle when lifting or setting things down. Huge thanks to the whole team - Terry, Floyd, Shawn, TJ, Marshall, and Lou (I might be mistaken about that last name, and if so, sorry!)
