Slum Landlord Company!!! Don't Not Use! They do not care there is no communication they are renting out places with no hot water broken locks and windows! I've been here for 6 months trying to get hot water and it's a fail. Do not rent to them they are slum lords!!!!

They are very unprofessional, don’t care about the safety of their tenants, my home has been flooded and molded since April and they only get back to you and send 1 person out to do nothing a few days before the rent is due, my furniture and etc has been damage and my kids can’t even be home bc the mold, please do not rent from them, othey are the worst people I ever rented from, they block your account and number until 3 days of rent being due, so not refer anyone to them or rent from them

Never return phone calls have been trying to reach someone from this property management company for weeks now. They go up on the rent without coming to see if the property is being maintained or even if the property needs work done to it. I I informed them of my back porch since I have been here .no reply or proper repairs being done

We haven’t had hot water in our apartment in 2.5 weeks, suite properties not only have not fixed this issue they are nearly impossible to get ahold of. I’ve called their “office” number and every extension listed everyday and every time it goes straight to voicemail and never rings. Ive left voicemails and emails every day with no contact back. Do not rent from this company, they do not care for their residents and you won’t be able to reach them if a problem occurs.
