        Ordered a Sand Surface Tester, the unit was easily 12-weeks over the estimated delivery date. Multiple emails sent were not responded too. I find it amazing you can state you make testing grade equipment and not have quality systems in place to operate a company properly and satisfy your customers.

        We ordered a piece of equipment from them with a 6-8 week lead time and ended up having to cancel the order after numerous follow-ups and excuses. The owner's son Adam was very hostile when I inquired about the order and asked me when if I wanted to cancel the order. Terrible service! The Founder Mr. Dietert would be ashamed.

        I did not have a google account, but left one to leave a review. This has been one of my worst experience for a company giving me the run around on an order. Spoke with the own a handful of times with a new excuse each time, instead of being honest.
