I ordered two boxes of their new puffs and this is how they were handed to me. I didn't even realize there was butter running out of the boxes until it was all over the floorboard of my new car. You'd think this would be common sense. I called the store at the Smokey Park location and told the manager, Emilee, that they suck. She called me back three times in a row just to tell me to take my business elsewhere. I called corporate to complain about the order and the manager but I spent about an hour on the phone and never spoke with a person.

Well I showed up to Little Caesars on colonial an lk berge and I went into the lobby wanted to order the new crazy puffs an Italian cheese bread an was told no they are closing soon an would not being making any new orders only could have whatever was left in the store that had been already cooked and sitting in there hot and ready boxes I find this to be very unsatisfying and a very poor sign of a good running business to turn away money at a time that was no even within the 9:45. An now I get to tell my children they don't get to have the food that I promised him I definitely will not be telling anybody to go to Little Caesars that are supposed to be specialties that I thought would be serving all the way up to the time they close hopefully somebody can do something about the poor running store that this has not been the first set time this has happened

We order from Little Cesars on Woodforest in Houston 1x a week usually. On the 28th of March we ordered 2 pepperoni crazy puffs, 2 3 cheese & herb puffs1 stuffed crust EMB pepperoni. My daughter in law was inside that store for almost 1 hr waiting because of the crazy puffs. Which by the way order was wrong, got all pepperoni crazy puffs. That place was a disaster then, others was waiting as well. I have been trying to contact customer service ever since. Was on hold waiting again just now over 9 min & no LIVE person ever came on.

Manager Madilyn was no only rude to me but also rude to the customer before me . I payed for my order and they charged me 2x. I spoke to the manager on duty . The register couldnt even give me a receipt so I had no proof. . I showed her my bank statement and she said write my name down in case it doesnt show a return on my card in a few days !! I said here for a hand written recite and she wont give me one ! This place sucks !!! Corporate need to take a visit to they locations !!!!!

Tried to go to their store in Weber city Tennessee on a Friday night.Ordered $30 worth of food.Try to pay with a $100 bill.They would not accept it totally ridiculous especially on a busy night where they have plenty of change.
