i didnt know that the telemarketer calls saying they are google were real... so when google would call my place of employment i would say i was the morgue and just talk nonsense.. so if their hours arent really 8-4:30 that's my fault. sorry pals.

They were very courteous, very helpful, and there was no wait. That was the case both times I was there.

They kept telling me to come in and identify my dad... He had no face. The detective said I couldn't possibly physically identify his body due to the fact that his face was literally GONE. I had several phone calls asking me to come down and identify him. How frustrating! Way to really rub salt in the wounds. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Disgusting.

4-6 MONTHS for a toxicology report to come back - I am thankful to this day I moved out of that county that has the WORSE work ethics out of any place I have lived- Im on the west coast of the US now and I light candles for anyone who has to suffer living in Wayne County Mi - Klowns

My dad passed away in July 2021 and was in the morgue as a John Doe until my uncle received a random call from some lady. Im the next to kin so I called to the Morgue because I live in Texas. They gave me a hard time! No autopsy had been done yet. I called to all over and over about them cremating him because I could not afford to bury him at that time. After they finally sent me the form in the mail I called again to check on the cremation and still nothing. Here it is May 2022 and I still havent received a autopsy report, death certificate or my dads ashes. Which they told me I could receive! I have a feeling my dad body is still thereIm just too afraid to call. If anybody can help me out with what to do?
