Checked in to a room that was not cleaned (after a 45 min wait to check in). Food on the table, unmade bed, dirty towels in the bathroom. Left for the tigers game and asked for the room to be cleaned at 5:30pm. Returned at 9:40pm, room still not cleaned. Asked Managment and the said sorry cleaning service is done for the night. Absolutely no concern for the customer. Will never come here again.

I dont know where to begin. Dirty rooms. The carpet had stains on it. The bed felt unclean and unwashed. The bathroom tub did not work well. Was filling up with water when I showered. The iron board was stained and broken. It took them an unusually long time to bring me another iron board. The bedroom had a sauce bottle thrown to the corner of the floor when we entered. The next morning when I tried to make coffee for my husband and myself, the only complementary service, I was told oh this coffee isnt looking fine, theres more brewing at the back. I had to ASK for paper cups at the coffee station. It was a horrible experience for my husband and myself. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Only stayed there for a night and Im glad we didnt have to stay for longer.
