Went down hill when cca health took over reliance health. Went from having no co-pay at all to 20% of the cost of the visit. If you really need to go to the doctor often choose someone else for your coverage.

This is the worst insurance I have ever had , I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau, they need to be shut down!!!!!

Worst insurance in the entire world, Medicaid might be better than this rip off of a company. List full of obgyns and not one takes this insurance anymore.
