I have been going to this pharmacy since it was across the parking lot and named Perry drugs. I never had the issues that I'm having now with staff rudeness to total disregard. Inside and drive thru.. You ask a question they'll just walk away this is people that we're trusting with our medications?! I asked a question about my medicine the girl answered with a terrible attitude "your insurance didn't cover it" and walked away 🤬 what happened to options (cash or finding out why it wasn't covered) after speaking to my insurance carrier I found out it was an error caused by the pharmacy. I picked up my prescriptions yesterday the lady says I have six scripts ready for you I get home it's only 5 of them...I called twice today and no one answered morning or evening. Then again, I've been calling since November and got an answer once. After I get my last script this is it I've had enough. If it's ok for mgmt to be rude and nasty then I understand why the little following staff thinks it's ok. It seems that no one cares about their souls anymore. #compassion #empathy #respect 🙏🏾

I have zero stars for Rite Aid located at Fenkell and Southfield. However, I will mark one star so that my comment can be seen.
I scheduled a vaccine for my 11 year old, I read all of the emails that give a heads up as to what to expect during the appointment. Once we arrived in the store I could see where those who were there for vaccines were supposed to sit. I could also see a line with three customers ahead of us talking with the Pharmacists Team. As I approached the counter to check in, the woman advised me that we would need to get in our car and come through the drive thru to get the vaccine. I asked so how are you going to administer this vaccine through the car window? She then said, no YOU are going to administer it. We left immediately, I almost went thru the drive-thru and agreed to this foolishness. Then I stopped and thought about our other options and decided to go home and get on with the rest of our busy week day night. I don't believe this is protocol and I don't believe this is happening at locations outside of the city. You can be sure that I will be digging deeper into this situation. Because it wasted my time and I don't want anyone else's time wasted.

After waiting in the drive-through to drop off a prescription to be filled for 30 minutes as somebody’s sitting there parked the staff did not inform them about how they are not supposed to be waiting in the drive thru I went inside and the ladies inside had a snotty attitude!!! Mainly the one that was Arabic 🤬 she just took my prescription and dismiss me away and then called me back to say that they had verify if they could fill it and dismiss me away and then turned around and saying how she needed my drivers license to verify who I am!!! They are very ghetto and I will be switching my pharmacy!!!!
