ZERO STARS TO REX RIPP OFF RECYCLING Called Rex recycling. Phone message said “current Scale price $156 a ton” Once handed the scale slip. said $120 a ton. Tried talking to someone about it they said I need to talk to Tj. After asking for Tj. I was treated extremely rude by their employees. “ i’m looking for TJ how can I help you ? are you TJ what can I help you with. Well your phone message says 156 a ton but the ticket says 120 a ton and I need to talk to TJ I asked if he was TJ. No answer, I didn’t think he was understanding me. so I said maybe you’re not understanding me ? He told me that he can understand English I said are you TJ he said No. and that I need to calm down i said I’m calm and apparently you don’t understand English because I asked you for TJ” LoL I was like wow really I don’t do business with Company personnel that treats their customers poorly Do your self a favor and scrap els where. They do not know how to talk and or treat their customers I will never do business here again and I will take My scrap cars scrap metal elsewhere.
