I been with this company 4 almost two years I been to court almost 8 times and won every case in my favor. Warning if she got that $100 late fee still it’s against the law. Call her out in court about it. Jasmine McMorris is one of the rudest spiteful person on earth. She getting down on her on black community. She stated all her houses are in foreclosure because a house will never be paid up in full. Her maintenance team is terrible and all her houses have squirrels. Warning don’t go near this company. It’s 2021 this lady den made up lies, claiming I damaged her house over $7,000 & sold it to a debt collector & now I’m going to court and gone win watch. I must be on this lady mind.

wow!!! sent this company several request for someone to give me a call after I completed app june 29th still havent heard from anyone so i stop payment on app fee. The house I was interest in is around the corner from a home he own. what I have noticed is that nobody stays in this house long and they advertise house with 2 car garage but the garage is boarded up. after reading reviews my fisrt mind is saying RUN!
