This "health coverage" is a joke. I signed HIPPA documents TWO MONTHS AGO to take care of my mother after her stroke and they STILL will not tell me anything or let me handle her plan. Not to mention the 4 phone calls I had to make, recieving multiple different reasons of why her occupational therapy was denied. The therapy center called them aswell to help sort it out and they also recieved multiple different reasons of why it was denied. Their final answer was to point fingers at the occupational therapy saying "they havent billed us, all they have to do is bill us". They have no idea what they're doing. Going to Molina.

My driver has been trying to get reimbursed for my medical trips since last September, even though we've submitted our trip logs (which they always manage to lose)!!! If I can't get the direct phone number for the head honcho, I feel my next step will be small claims court!!! If I could give a -45, I WOULD!!!
